Behavior Policy

Good behavior and manners are expected at
all times.  Behavior on field trips must be
exemplary.  Should behavior issues arise, a
warning will be issued to the student.  Upon
the necessity of a second warning for the
same or different behavior, a penalty will be
imposed.  A third warning will lead to a
parental phone call or conference.  
Suspensions and expulsions are strictly at the
discretion of the Director.

Bullying and Harassment Policy

Since Todd Academy, Inc. (Lower School) is a small
school, these issues are extremely critical to
the ability to learn.  They are taken very
seriously.  NO BULLYING of any kind is
allowed.  Harassment is also prohibited.  
Reasonable judgment on the part of the
Director is the final decision.  Punishment
can vary in range from community service to
write offs and /or suspension to expulsion.

 Director’s decision is final.

Intentional Property and Injury
Policy

Todd Academy, Inc. (Lower School) will hold parents
financially and legally liable for the
intentional destruction of property or physical
injury inflicted by their child.
