Drug and Weapon Policy Todd Academy, Inc. (Lower School) Division has NO TOLERANCE for any drugs, tobacco, alcohol or paraphernalia of any kind. Nor will we tolerate weapons on the premises. Penalties of any violation can include, but are not limited to suspension and/or expulsion. If expelled, the student’s fees will be due through the end of the school year as per their contract. (The definition of weapons does not include nail clippers, nail files, and small pin knives, or a small kitchen knife for lunch box use. These are considered tools and shall be used as such.) |
