Field Trip Policy

Field trips will be part of the Todd Academy, Inc.

(Lower School) curriculum.  Students are
expected to dress appropriately.  Some field
trips for P.E. or the use of chemistry lab
facilities are expected.  Students will all go
and participate unless an appropriate note
has been received.  

Some field trips will require an extra
permission slip; however, most field trips will
be covered under your general field trip
permission slip included in your annual
admission packet.  

Some field trips will require additional field
trip fees.  If your student is unable to
participate in the field trip for the sole
purpose of the inability to pay the fee, please
contact the Director.  In rare cases we will be
able to provide a field trip fee waiver.

Once or twice a year long learning field trips
will be taken.  These field trips have the same
behavior requirements as all others.  
However, other rules may apply and will be
covered separately.  Fees for these field trips
will be required to be made by scheduled
payments in advance.
